I can't hold back my enthusiasm for this studio and for all that Shelly is envisioning for her students, the greater community, and herself. Absolutely loved The tone & twerk class at Epic Dance studio ! I was looking for a way to strengthen my lower back and glutes , legs muscles , and oh boy ! that class was perfect!!! It was Both challenging and fun providing it great work out while learning cool moves! Highly recommend for anyone looking to tone up and have a blast doing it!

I love it here! I've been coming consistently for about 4 months now and I am so grateful I found this space. Having a creative environment to try new things, create art, and get an awesome workout in is so important to me. I've tried pole classes at other studios and walked away feeling the artform was unapproachable, but not here. The intro class truly breaks things down in an easy to follow way, and the levels make it easy to get comfortable and understand the various progressions.
