Our focus is to provide adults a unique and fun way to work out. We have many fusion and hybrid dance and fitness classes. Vertical Fitness is a large part of what the studio represents. We are here to grow a community of like minded individuals that want to practice dance and fitness not only to get fit but to gain empowerment, spirituality, positive body image, confidence and a wonderful support system.

Absolutely loved The tone & twerk class at Epic Dance studio ! I was looking for a way to strengthen my lower back and glutes , legs muscles , and oh boy ! that class was perfect!!! It was Both challenging and fun providing it great work out while learning cool moves! Highly recommend for anyone looking to tone up and have a blast doing it!
I love it here! I've been coming consistently for about 4 months now and I am so grateful I found this space. Having a creative environment to try new things, create art, and get an awesome workout in is so important to me. I've tried pole classes at other studios and walked away feeling the artform was unapproachable, but not here. The intro class truly breaks things down in an easy to follow way, and the levels make it easy to get comfortable and understand the various progressions. For a long time I thought any “jiggle” would be seen as ugly or cheap. Twerk is showing me that jiggle is sexy and powerful. I love this class! Highly recommend
