This company has been the worst mortgage experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, they over-promised and under-delivered. They demanded endless documentation, made a hard credit inquiry that lowered my score, and even charged me for an appraisal that went nowhere. We worked with Gerard and him and his team were great with communication. We wanted a fast close and they helped us get everything set and ready to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
