I'm so glad we went through Epic for our mortgage! Karissa was fantastic in all aspects! Karissa was there to help us every step the way with the home loan process. Had many positive suggestions and was always prompt to answer our questions. She would return our phone calls promptly day or night. She worked really hard to get us into our new home.
Run! The worse experience ever, and not our first home purchase. Constant calls for more information, numerous requests to send multiple copies of documents over and over again. Missed deadlines. Called the day before first closing date and rescheduled because they didn't have documents completed. Got a call 1 hour before 2nd closing date that closing was being pushed back again because they needed to complete some documents. Epic mortgage was one of the best lenders I have been part of. Jake walked us through everything we needed and was always available to answer our simple or difficult questions. Even at the signing everyone was all smiles and it felt very welcoming. The whole team at Epic sounds like they work well together and are efficient. Highly recommend!
Michelle at Epic was a pleasure to work with. She kept us up to date on where the process was. I could count on her to let me know what documents were needed, confirmed receipt and completion of documents. She was available for questions at all times.
