I would say I had very good experience at this clinic, but the pathologist and Dr. Sobia Rashid is very very good. Dr. Rashid is very knowledgeable, professional and understanding.
Called in and spoke to Cherel, she was extremely helpful, patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Clinic didn’t have the availability I was after on short notice however based on her service I would highly recommend giving them a go.
Very disappointing experience with reception. I called to cancel and rebook an appointment and was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist, Cheryl. From the start, her tone was dismissive and impatient. I was simply asking about appointment availability on different days around 1:40 pm, and she became visibly annoyed when I asked about more than one option. The reception staff has always been an issue at this facility but today was worst. Someone at reception was extremely rude over the phone. She started borderline yellIng when asked a question. Sadly workforce isn’t benefiting from person like her. The doctors are good here, that is why we have been regular. But the facility management must do something about recurring reception/attitude problem.
