I dont know in which world of medical centre, receptionist talk in a rude way and hang up on you and show tantrums, Really made my day worst. Managment Need to atleast tell them what customer service is and what they are being paid for.
Has to be the most cooked thing I’ve ever seen in my life in regards to appointments. I’ve never seen this level of incompetence before… She books me in for Sunday for a flu shot. I get the text and confirm everything same day I book. I drive all the way down here and everything is shut. They’re not even open Sundays. Outstanding! Great job guys Read the reviews. This is not a professional establishment lol.
I would say I had very good experience at this clinic, but the pathologist and Dr. Sobia Rashid is very very good. Dr. Rashid is very knowledgeable, professional and understanding.
Called in and spoke to Cherel, she was extremely helpful, patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Clinic didn’t have the availability I was after on short notice however based on her service I would highly recommend giving them a go.
Very disappointing experience with reception. I called to cancel and rebook an appointment and was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist, Cheryl. From the start, her tone was dismissive and impatient. I was simply asking about appointment availability on different days around 1:40 pm, and she became visibly annoyed when I asked about more than one option.
