Epic was great to work with from scheduling to the actual onsite service. Armen was our technician and was prompt, professional, and worked efficiently. He rekeyed 3 doors, and even made a recommendation for what to consider after I mentioned we'll be replacing our doors all together in the near future. Will definitely use them for all locksmith services in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Epic Locksmith, and I must say, their service is truly top-notch. The technician (Armen), who came out to our offices was incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when promised. He changed all the handles in our offices to brand-new ones, The new handles look fantastic and feel solid and heavy! Armen provided excellent service installing smart locks on two doors and replacing bedroom door locks. He was fast, well-mannered, and highly knowledgeable. His pricing was fair, and he completed the job ahead of schedule. I will definitely call him for future needs.

I locked myself out of my house and called Epic. In the meantime, I ended up opening my door with a credit card and realized I needed more secure locks lol. Armen arrived ahead of schedule with a new deadbolt and doorknob. He is honest, kind and did a great job with the installation. I’m glad I called here and would use this service in the future.
