Applied for a Bandai event weeks in advance which reserves your spot. Got notified on the day I was a participant. Got to the store to be told I'm being put on a wait list since I didn't call them to confirm (which they only put in a fine print description box), why should anyone have to call to confirm when the app controls all registration, it makes 0 sense. Great boardgames and environment. Everyone was so friendly, great food and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fun times. The time flew by and I couldn't believe that I was there for 5 hours. I will definitely go back, it was so much fun!!!
I dropped in for the first time last night for Epicly's weekly Riftbound Nexus Night. The event went smoothly and everyone was very welcoming, from the players to the owners and management. From first impressions alone, it absolutely feels like the type of LGS that really cares about its players, even new faces, and building a community. Can't wait to try the food next time and I'm keen to see how it all looks after the renovations are finished.
