Update* The owner ended up being a real jerk. Both a friend of mine and myself stopped going after about 5 sessions even though we had a monthly Pass. He was blatantly upset because we got the pass off groupon after utilizing the free first session. He actually stated that it was too much of a discount when there was no language on the site that indicated you couldn't do that. He treated us differently from the first session in the ones to follow. The other instructors were great! I work far and know he had an issue with tar... read more

Today i had my first session. I have been training on my own for a year, and after today's session i feel wiped out (in a good way)! The staff (and fellow attendees) were super supportive ! I purchased the unlimited monthly pass and i am excited for what's to come!
