Agent failed to provide supervisor name and contact information. Agent failed to provide a policy that meets our needs and sold the policy without reading an exclusion that prevents us from doing business. Agent wants to charge my company a premium to cancel. Agent will not provide E&O information. Other business owners reading this please find a different insurance agency somewhere else to buy your insurance. The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) is looking into this company and agent.
Refuses to provide surety bond information in regards to elected officials. Surety bonds are public information. According to the lawyers who represent the Warrick and Vanderburgh county school corporation, Mr. Hancock is also not providing the bonds to them. He is impeding on the FOIA.
