I have been working with Epic for the last two years on insurance needs on two properties as an Executor of an estate that I just inherited in a Trust and called to be requoted bundling 3 more items. But today the agent was so beyond rude to me when I explained issues there is no way this brokerage is retaining my business. Customer service is beyond bad you do not have an assigned agent and your calls do not get returned & they lie about it! Go elsewhere as I will be doing ASAP!!
I find it ironic that the representatives from this company are unable to answer their "clients" concerns, and yet, can find time to respond to their bad reviews. It's no secret that Indiana has some of the weakest workers compensation protection laws, therefore, the insurance companies employ people with the weakest level of understanding and compassion.
I feel like i’m fighting stage three breast cancer and JWF Specialty . If i could give a zero i would . Being gaslighted like i have a fake claim or something . Very Sad !
Maggie Harris started out fine and then bottomed out by not returning any communications from me for many months. This left me holding a medical bill that she would not cover. The other insurance company stepped up to pay that bill so they could close their claim with JWF.
