As others have said, this used to be century insurance which was amazing. Epic is one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had, I tried switching the person who manages my accounts within the business, it was still bad. I just got done changing over all my insurance to a different company
They never get back with you i was with century insurance for 15 years they were good this company just wants your money and gives you bad service
Unfortunately Century sold to a private equity firm (Epic) from out of state. Half of the account managers have left since. Wait times and customer service have been impacted by the loss. If you call the office you’re likely to be routed to an out of state call center instead of talking to someone local.
I love the crew at Century Insurance. Annie is lightning fast with her replies which is much appreciated. We have a great partner in Century Insurance!
This team has been very helpful in finding insurance when my regular insurance couldn't. Very pleasant and responsive folks.
