Had insurance with a very high quality local company that had great customer service and took care of business. They merged with Epic and the service is disastrous. I called for a quote on an antique car 3 people could not figure out if they could write a policy for it. I later contacted them to update changes to a homeowners policy and it took months to do and they did it wrong. We ended up with Epic through a merger with another broker Prices were very high so we re-quoted our policy with them as well as other brokers. We ended up going with someone else, and I'm not sorry. I found their service staff very unresponsive (sometimes waiting many days or longer for responses), and also were remarkably unprofessional.
