We came to Epic last November (2024) for a quote to do a bathroom renovation which we had been wanting to do for a while. Steve came out to do a survey and to get an idea of what we wanted to do. He was very helpful and had really good knowledge of what could be done and how it could be done. We used epic installations for a boiler upgrade from an ancient gas boiler to a new combi. Jason was very informative when he came over to look at our flat to provide a quote. As a company their communication was great throughout the whole process, despite me having 1000 questions over the several weeks prior.
