Responsive to email and phone, very reasonably priced and able to come at relatively short notice. Definitely getting my heat pump serviced by them in future.
There's nothing epic about this company. We hired them to install an HVAC system at our warehouse a couple years ago. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare. They were supposed to pull a permit, but they never did. We asked them for weeks to pull a permit for us (as required by the city), and they refused to do it for some reason. The owner was very rude to us. He threw a tantrum and sent us a nasty email... all because we reminded them that they had agreed to pull a permit before starting the job (but they never did). ... read more
