Building with Epic Homes and now dealing with warranty has easily been top three worst experiences of my life. Horrible quality from nearly every stage of the build process, empty promises to fix defects, misleading sales representatives. My advice, stay away at all costs. Want more detail? Knock on literally any door of an Epic Home resident and ask them how they feel about the builder. (See attached picture of a cigarette that was put out on our new wood floors right before close)
