I can't say enough great things about Epic Heating and Cooling. From the office staff to Matt and his guys. Everytime I have had an issue, they arrived quickly and made any repairs in timely manner, regardless if it was scheduled maintenance or an unexpected repair. I would definitely recommend Epic Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area looking for a reputable and professional company to do business with.
I cannot recommend Matt and the Epic Crew enough! Our furnace went down in the middle of the night, called Epic first thing in the morning, Matt was here by 10, his crew was here by noon with a new furnace and the heat was up and running by 3! Could not have asked for a better experience! They will always be my first call for any HVAC needs!
Customer servise call center was pleasant and knowledgeable. Service was promp. Technician on sight explained service issue and was transparent on pricing and time to do service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

1/2/25-7:30 p.m. we noticed our furnace wasn’t functioning. We called Epic Heating and Cooling. We spoke to Matt, who was already out on a call more than an hour away from us. We assured him we would be fine until morning. A technician showed up the following morning at 7:30. He was able to detect the problem and explained that we would need a new furnace.
