Extremely unprofessional organization and very extremely overpriced. I would not contract them for any work. After walking away from their own quoted contract EPIC charged 24 hours of labor at $195/ hour for a task that took them 8 hours of labor at best. Terrible service

My experience with Epic Heating and Cooling has been exceptional. My initial call was made to get a quote on a new furnace. Matt called me immediately and was at my home within an hour. I had my estimate the next morning. There was no pressure and he told me to reach out with any questions I may have. He was very prompt at getting back to me with answers. Could not be more pleased! I made a call about 11pm, Matt responded and with some pics and quick conversation his guys got us back up and running. Dakota and Matt, polite and professional, got straight to work and seemed like no time they were done. Give them a call when you need it they are great!

I can not say enough about Epic Heating and Cooling. I suddenly had no hot water. After calling another company close to home, being charged an expensive service fee for flipping a switch, just to not have hot water an 1hr later, calling the initial company back, being told they were done for the day and could come back out Tuesday and that it sounded like a much bigger issue then expected. I remembered a previous referral to Epic. I live quite a distance from the company, so I was unsure if he would come to service this far... read more
