I've not been here. I called while in distress, looking for a provider that takes Medicare (they don't btw). I had already been met with several replies, before this call, denying services to Medicare and I was defeated... I just hung up, sobbing... I got a call back from the receptionist, that wasn't expected, but it meant more than she probably thought. I was offered a resource sheet via email and she persistently urged me to call 988. Love the children's therapist here they have really helped my son with his anxiety problems.
The therapist that I have been working with is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office has been so nice and always willing to help me.
