EPIC HAS GONE TO 💩 Wish I could give ZERO stars. Twice she has left us waiting for hours forgotten about and NOW she has said to my kids father while we were separated and while he was with someone else that I was CRAZY!!! and needed medication which I did NOT I went off them after the separation I was doing fine without them (at first) AND THEN she said the same to my daughter and her partner!!!! She is disgusting and needs to lose her medical licence
I’ve been at this practice for 4 years and the service has deteriorated so much that I don’t trust my doctor anymore. She always seems very rushed and stressed which doesn’t give me much confidence that she is covering my health needs properly. Reception is also stressed and/or vacant.

The whole team makes you feel welcome right from the start. I had an amazing experience here last week when I went in for an iron infusion. Dr. Emma and nurse Jordan are fantastic—caring, professional, and focused on prevention rather than just treating the symptoms.
Epic Health are awesome. Dr Emma is one of the most caring, helpful, knowledgeable and professional practitioners I've ever met. I'm grateful to be in such safe hands.
