This place completely screwed me over with my contraceptive implant I got the rod put it in 2022 and I was told I only needed one. I then got it taken out by family planning 3 years later and when they only could find one they insisted there should have been a second one as that’s the standard procedure. I insisted that I only got one put in as that’s what the doctor at epic health told me then when family planning called to confirm with epic health they told family planning they put in two. A million plus stars I have the best most understanding doctor. Dr Emma Stanley is just the most amazing doctor i have ever had . I But in saying that I have noticed a massive change in services. Some of my medical records have not been updated and some things that are meant to be on there are not like having vitamin B12 injections I had a severe reaction that I was admitted into Tauranga hospital for cellulitis because of it .
