Margaret Syms, the physicians assistant at EPIC is outstanding & very skilled. The staff was also polite, friendly, and professional.
Experience was positive. Staff is very helpful and professional. Seen in a timely manner !

I wouldn't recommend this clinic. EDIT: Dr. Rothenberg is a FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ provider! I still wouldn't recommend the clinic itself. This is the second times in a row where I've had issues with my prescriptions not being sent or sent incorrectly following a visit. It's no fault of the provider as he literally relays info correctly, however the person handling it doesn't do their job. Don’t go here just go to the Royal Oak office. Clawson can’t even open the building on time, very unprofessional and frustrating. I tried on two occasions to get care here and both times they didn’t deliver (they didn’t have the keys to the building! Seriously?)
