I tried MANY times to reach someone and nobody ever answered the phone. When I finally did, the receptionist had no idea what was going on. I was asking about the gene testing for anxiety/depression and she said she didn’t even know if Kelly did this and didn’t know a thing about it. She does do it, because I was told months earlier that she did from the precious receptionist. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experiences I’ve had with Kelly. She is caring, considerate and supportive. She has helped me in so many ways I can’t begin to describe. I don’t know many physicians or health givers that remember you by name much less remember your history. I also have to say her staff is amazing. I don’t know of any other place you can call with concerns and the person who answers knows you and is so knowledgeable about your situation. Kelly ordered lab work for me in September 2019. for glucose. she ended up calling me the following February with the results and I had to come in for an appointment to get them. After I went home, I was sorry I didn’t say something to her or rip her a new one. I then decided I am not going back. I ended up getting a call from her during Covid said that she was seeing patients again. I told her I wasn’t ready to come back. I only wish I would’ve told her the truth. I love Kelly and her staff. She makes me feel like family. Kelly has always gone above and beyond for me.
Kelly is incredible! She always goes above and beyond to help her patients, she actively listens, and genuinely cares about you and your health. I’ve been to numerous doctor’s offices for many different things and nothing has topped the way Kelly has treated me. She has mine and my families business for life. We will never go anywhere else!
