The whole Epic family is incredible. I joined in January and have been working with Will since then. He’s an incredible trainer turned friend. For women that are self-conscious, fully confident with desire for encouragement, or intimidated by the gym, get a trainer like Will and take back your power! You have the opportunity to push yourself in the gym, the sauna, and cold plunge (recovery). Epic is such a welcomed community spot. We are so lucky to have this space and the trainers.
