I love this gym! It has all of the cardio and weight equipment you could ever want, and the staff is super friendly - the environment is welcoming and positive. I've been working with Kiersten twice a week for personal training, and I am so happy with the strength and stamina I am developing. She has a way of pushing my limits that I have not experienced with any other trainer. She is phenomenal. Best gym ever!

Epic is awesome. Lots of equipment, clean and friendly. Will is my trainer and he is knowledgeable and listens to my needs and gives advice to help me achieve my fitness goals. Come check Epic out and if you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend Will.
