Install and process was less than par. ADVICE…get price documented. Was quoted a different price than charged. Was told multiple times of timing of install and it didn’t happen. The backsplash doesn’t finish flush with each other and it is not tight to the wall…there is a 1/4 inch gap. Also, brought his dog in the house without asking AND the dog pooped in one of the bedrooms and it was left for us to clean up

I could give Travis and his company lower than one star I would. I found the promise of “amazing customer service” as advertised on their website to be nothing but false. The furthest thing from amazing, actually. Travis rarely answers phone calls or texts and frequently makes promises he has 0 intention to keep. It’s unfathomable, really. He stood in my kitchen and told me that he was “f-ing retarted”. I should have asked for my deposit back at that very moment. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. Please get back to me. It has now been 6 weeks since you said my piece would be installed. You guys rarely ever answer your phone. When you do, you tell me it's on order and it will be installed in the next few days. I have heard that excuse every week for the last 6 weeks. I don't know how these other positive reviews can be real. Maybe you do actually have it ordered and ready and we can resolve this?
