Fantastic! I live in downtown Dallas and had a broken patio door. It was broken and stuck closed. Nobody could fix it. We were told the door and door frame would need to be pulled out costing thousands of dollars because its a really heavy duty steel frames door. But these guys were able to get it open and order the parts to fix it. All of the guys were extremely nice! The owner even came to assist and he was very friendly! I highly recommend these guys! We called Epic in for a sliding glass door repair and could not be happier with their team! The gave us a detailed overview of the issue, repaired it, and made an additional modification to prevent it from happening again. Joanna in the office was very timely in her assistance as well. We would definitively use them again!
