Great value for money property in Davenport. Great location and great communication from the epic team. Would highly recommend. Travelled from UK 6-15th August.
We stayed in a beautiful 5 bedroom home at the Windsor Hills location. The house was clean. The pool was kept up. The location was perfect for going to Universal and Disney. What I loved the lost was the communication. I received quick responses to all of my questions the entire week of our stay. We will definetly be using Epic Florida Rentals again for our next stay.
This was our 4th time renting this home, and once again it did not disappoint! The upgrades to the house were a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in unit 1644, which is perfectly located—just about 15 minutes from all the Disney parks. The hosts were great and easily accommodated us for two extra days with no hassle. Overall, it's the perfect vacation rental for our family, and we’re definitely planning to book it again next year! Elba
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Windsor Hill Property. All of the Epic Rental staff were courteous, very helpful and quick to address any concerns we may have had. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to rent that property again very soon. Thank you !
Good morning so I just come here to say the last 2 years I've used epic rentals for my Florida getaways from the winters up in Maine and Casey & Steve are wonderful people you couldn't ask for more caring and support when you desperately are needing help I've always reached out and they've always been there helping me and my wife and my daughter and grandchildren to keep us in safe clean rentals I've had a few issues with my daughter's rentals from Airbnb rentals and turned to Casey and Steve at Epic rentals to help her out ... read more
