My experience with Epic Florida Realty, specifically with Sarah Li, was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. From the outset, Ms. Li displayed a noticeable lack of courtesy and patience. Her demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, overtly rude, which made what should have been an exciting process feel stressful and discouraging.
