Best group fitness gym in the Bega Valley, Bree is great and the workouts are challenging and fun. Really great place to meet new people and get involved in fitness comps like Hyrox. All staff are very friendly, professional and approachable. The music is great and at a good volume.

I started my membership at Epic Fitness not long after a big interstate move, and the classes played a huuuge role in helping me build routine in a new place. They also really helped me feel part of the community. Bree and the team have built something really special. Epic Fitness is hands down the best gym I've ever been apart of. The sense of community is amazing, everyone is so welcoming, supportive and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The workouts are always changing and challenging and theres a great mix of strength, conditioning and variety so you never get bored! The trainers are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. Group of us up for hols but very clicky team, not very welcoming for holiday makers. Classes were weird, no spin or pilates & very expensive for the middle of nowhere.

Selfish entitlement to blast out their neighbourhood with music. The base thumping across to the caravan park at 6am. Spoke with them... oh!! Our members need the music to keep fit.
