I thought I was going to Epic FATness Solutions...maybe add a little more girth. Maybe find a dessert tray or some cheese and crackers. Wrong place. This isnt my place.
Will Dinwiddie is very knowlegeable about fitness. The training is adjusted to meet each person's fitness level while remaining fun and challenging. The gym environment is welcoming to everyone and is family oriented.
Best strength training gym in town. Gym has a variety of equipment to use. Owner is friendly and encouraging!
