Epic has been a game changer for me! Coming in as someone who is very new to structured fitness and working through medical conditions, they have been nothing but warm and welcoming. I am grateful that I found such an uplifting team! Very clean and a lot of natural light!
Great "Gym Class" workout
During a 5-day visit to Bozeman, I was fortunate to have two semi-private personal training sessions with Cat Wagner at Epic. I really enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped facility. So many options for cardio! The gym wasn’t crowded at all either time and the music was upbeat but not too loud. Cat did an excellent job of tailoring the workout to our differing abilities and made sure my preexisting conditions were not aggravated.
