I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who run it! They’re kind, they’re encouraging, they push you in only the best way. I’ve been a client for almost two years now, and their program has made a huge difference in my life. I was given a custom program that accounted for my goals as well as my health circumstances. The care they show to the community is outstanding! While I hate gyms in general, this one is fantastic, especially for those of us who have PE PTSD. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I decided that at 71 years old, it was finally high time I started getting in shape. I know, but better late than never! A couple of my friends recommended Epic, so I decided to give them a try. All the staff took a genuine interest in my fitness. As a beginner, the oversight and direction of all the trainers helped me achieve my goals of gaining strength and improving my fitness. They have created a very fun and welcoming culture, while still pushing me to achieve my goals. Would absolutley recommend Epic to anyone looking for a nice gym with personable and knowledgeable trainers.
Amazing gym! This gym is built around helping you feel your best and accomplish YOUR goals. Every trainer here is very knowledgeable and brings their own flavor to their sessions. Can’t forget all the other gym members who welcome you from the first time you step in the gym.
I’ve been with Epic for nearly 3 years. I cannot rate this gym and staff high enough. When I started my strength training journey, I was very uneducated and needed a lot of structured help in a safe environment to feel comfortable and confident in pursuing a workout routine. The coaches built personalized programs that fit my needs and comfort levels, and over time, pushed my limits and helped me excel.
