I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Epic Fitness! The workouts are always challenging and well-structured, and it feels great knowing I’m getting stronger each session. Having a coach there has made such a big difference, they keep me accountable and encourage me to push harder than I would on my own. The extra motivation and support have been exactly what I needed to stay consistent and keep progressing. Highly recommend!
the most important part of Epic is that all the staff want to work with you to support your fitness goals. I’ve had great sessions at Epic Fitness! They have UNPARALLELED customer service from the get-go, with reserved parking on your first visit, thoughtful little treats like granola bars, and almost instant name recognition. It surprised me on my second visit when I walked through the door and everyone knew my name! Nice community of like-minded folks as well - no gym bros or fitness influencers here. Overall a great experience!
Excellent gym, training! It is a unique model, and I really loved it. (Moved away) The trainers are great for keeping form and making adjustments and the programming is totally individualized and focused on your goals (most clients are super long term oriented) Lots of options, and a great value for what you get- probably the most cost effective and flexible schedule you can get (I have struggled with "fixed" one on one type appointments before)
I had been wanting to start working out again for years but everytime I started, I failed to follow through due to a lack of accountability, not knowing what I was doing, and feeling intimidated by the typical gym.
