All the staff took a genuine interest in my fitness. As a beginner, the oversight and direction of all the trainers helped me achieve my goals of gaining strength and improving my fitness. They have created a very fun and welcoming culture, while still pushing me to achieve my goals. Would absolutley recommend Epic to anyone looking for a nice gym with personable and knowledgeable trainers.
Amazing gym! This gym is built around helping you feel your best and accomplish YOUR goals. Every trainer here is very knowledgeable and brings their own flavor to their sessions. Can’t forget all the other gym members who welcome you from the first time you step in the gym.
I’ve been with Epic for nearly 3 years. I cannot rate this gym and staff high enough. When I started my strength training journey, I was very uneducated and needed a lot of structured help in a safe environment to feel comfortable and confident in pursuing a workout routine. The coaches built personalized programs that fit my needs and comfort levels, and over time, pushed my limits and helped me excel. Epic Fitness has been an awesome experience. The semi-personal training has been incredibly helpful for me. I played sports in high school and have stayed pretty active, but whenever I’ve signed up for commercial gyms in the past, I struggled to know which exercises I should actually be prioritizing or how to structure my workouts effectively. I’ve just past my 1 year mark with EPIC! I cannot say enough good things about them! Ben has assembled the best team of trainers ever! Each of them brings something special to my workouts! They have changed my life this past year AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! My husband and I both go and are never leaving!!
