Coaches Deone and Roger really care about each individual and the gym feels like community. I cannot recommend giving this gym a try and guarantee you’ll be hooked! They make classes challenging but fun and you walk away stronger and with a sense of accomplishment. All fitness levels, ages, and fitness goals are represented at the gym, which makes everyone comfortable and motivated!

Joined as a 2nd gym for variety. Workouts are great & love the support. Wish they had classes M-F.
