I had a good experience with the doctor and her staff during my appointment for an eye exam with contacts. They helped me figure out the finances and ordering my contacts. I tried calling the office multiple times with questions and couldn’t make it in person to ask due to my job. Their phone number gives me an automated voice but never really lets me talk to an actual person. The automated voice tells me to leave a voicemail and someone would call me back as soon as possible. So impressed wit Dr. Tran and Staff! Epic not only gave us the experience but, completely took the time to educate my girls on their eyes. Thank you for going over and beyond. Can't wait to get our glasses!
I’ve consistently had pleasant experiences here over the past several years. Although some of the staff members were new to me during this visit, they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While I would appreciate a wider selection of designer frames, I was still able to find a pair that I truly like.
The Dr and staff were good, however, I will not go back because of my contact fitting experience. If you only need glasses prescription I would say it will be fine, but if you need both, just find another place that will actually help you.
Everyone was nice, courteous and patient. Very clean office.
