Everyone was nice, courteous and patient. Very clean office.
Much better than my previous experience. I came in February for my eyeglass exam and changed insurance and was not made aware and was not aware that they were out of network for humana. Other than that, I would have given them five stars. The office staff is friendly and very customer service oriented. Dr. Simmons was great was not rushed. Everything was explained well.
My experiences here were fantastic until the last visit.. My mom who took off work to assist me with getting my kids to their appointment since I just started a new job, was unsure of which door to go towards. One of them being locked, she thought maybe the locations were moved, when she called and I advised her where to go in at, it caused her to be 5 mins late to an appointment which they were then trying to turn her away from. They are not responsible, ordered sport glasses lens for my kid 2 weeks ago and when ordered they did not ask him be there for measurement we just gave prescription. Today when pickup and my son tried lens are too blurry, and said need to measure and order again. And wait again. So why you guys are accepting order without measurement and wasting our time ??? He is playing basketball and need this glasses. Last year we ordered from different store and did not have this issue.
