Shawn was great helping me work with my Ins Co on this roof claim. When they initially denied the majority of the roof claim, Shawn came back out, re-documented all of the damage, then arranged to join the 2nd Ins Co claims adjuster to be sure they correctly noted all of the hail damage. Ended up with a full replacement roof claim instead of only a 1/10th claim amount they originally offered. Very pleased with my new roof and my dealings with Shawn and EPIC.

This is our second time working with Shawn and his crew and he knocked it out of the park yet again. From start to finish, Epic did a stellar job on our roof and gutters. Shawn came out several times at the completion of the job to do a sweep of the flower beds and lawn to be sure they were free of debris and nails. Thanks again for providing an impeccable service.
