At first Phil and Donna were very friendly and insightful making things sound so simple, until we signed their contract. They gave us the impression we could make changes at anytime but reacted annoyed every time we decided to add or change something. Often times they didn’t even respond to our concerns and never let us know when they were going to be showing up to do work. Unprofessional and Unaccountable- A Frustrating Experience I'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision before hiring Epic Escapes in Saint Charles. They originally built the pool at the home I purchased and also handled the pool closing for the previous owner. We cannot recommend Phil’s Epic Pools enough. We had a saltwater pool, hot tub, stone work, lighting, automatic cover, and fencing done seamlessly! The end result was magazine worthy. Phil reminds me of family with his warmth and honesty. He has incredible taste and his design work is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I would never have a pool done with anyone else and have referred him as well with the same feedback. He will not rip you off and the work again is better than any I’ve seen.
