I worked with Andrew for the past 6 months doing online personal training. He combined regular texts and biweekly zoom calls to help me manage the workouts, nutritional support and a great app to monitor sleep, weight, BP, HR and detailed nutrition guidelines. He was enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable. As a Senior, it is hard getting out into the snow and dark, so online worked perfectly!

I highly recommend Andrew Desrochers of Epic Energy Coaching Ltd. as a personal trainer. His training is extensive and diverse. I searched for a personal trainer through Bark after working with physiotherapy for my knee and shoulder.
