I started my journey with Epic Energy after having a physical, which showed concerning new medical issues and my doctor kindly told me I needed to lose weight. Andrew has been my wellness coach for the past 20 months! He has guided me through health, mobility & emotional obstacles, all with grace and ease! I will be 65 yrs young in a few short weeks and I am in the best physical & mental shape of my life! I am back to running 5 km with ease and my strength has never been better! This experience has given me the tools to understand my body! While working with coach Andrew he formulated what nutrition I needed and fitness that could work my way to success.
