Horrible company.. they scam and are a bunch of thieves after fully paid a year later they’re asking for more money after trying to scam us for 1.9k I seeked legal counsel and they told me their practices are not legal only then did epic finally return my call , was rude and claimed it was an “error” my insurance company even called them scammers. Absolutely slow, unresponsive, confused, you'd think they just started out yesterday. They aren't "familiar" with the solar permits process apparently? Once you sign a contract, they are gone, and you're held hostage as they keep promising to get to you "next week" for a few months. They are very difficult to get a hold of, then they suddenly pounce on you like a freight train whenever they are "ready" for you.
