I brought my dog to Zun Chong Animal Hospital for microchipping. The staff were professional, gentle, and very patient with my dog. The whole process was clear, quick, and stress-free. They explained everything well and handled my dog with great care. Highly recommended for pet owners who want reliable and caring service.
一家负责任的医院，在报告出来应该第一时间约家长过去见面沟通，并且是报告异常的情况下。并不是微信简短回复，难道你们是线上会诊吗你们觉得问题不大，为什么发信息建议我们做心脏彩超？你们是专业的，作为家长我们看到异常只会担心。OK作为一家繁忙的医院，那是不是也应该对狗狗负责，繁忙就可以如此草率吗？后期医生给解读报告是身为家长的我直接冲到医院，要求你们医生出来解读的，并不是你们主动约见家长沟通病情。更让人生气的是你们的态度“请问你过来做什么呢？”神回复
The staff Brittany is very helpful and Very Professional.
Really good experience here overall. Place feels calm, tidy, no weird smell, which already put me at ease. Staff at the front talked through my cat’s history properly, not rushed, and the vet explained the treatment plan in plain English, even the holistic bits like food choices and acupuncture options. Everyone was friendly but also very focused, tbh. Prices felt fair for the level of care and equipment they use. Worth sharing with other pet owners.
Terrible place. Unfriendly staff.
