Form the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and kindness. I was given the information needed and a timeline for the job. I felt confident that my car was going to be treated with care and expertise. When I came back to pick up my car I was thrilled to see the change! For the price, i was expecting my car to be cleaned with more of a detailed eye. Overall the car was much cleaner than before, but there were a few things that i was expecting to be cleaned with the extreme package $$$ that werent. Dust in the vents, didnt wipe down levers on the back seat or buckles. There was still quite a bit of dirt on the rims and on the bottom portion of the enterior doors. We took our child-infested yet beloved car in to epic detailing so that we could get it ready for sale. We had it for 7 years and really never had the interior cleaned. Well, not only did they make my car look brand new, they did the engine and were able to repair 3 spots where the leather fabric had been destroyed. I didn't know that was even possible! I went in and asked for a headlight restoration and to have my seats cleaned. That's all I asked for but I got much more than that! For starters, my headlights were in awful condition, hazy and have been re-clear coated poorly. Epic Car Detail really made these headlights look amazing for how bad they were before. My seats were also really dirty and have had stains in them since 2014. They were able to get out most of stains and discoloration, probably 90-95% of it. I took my car to get it detailed at Epic Details and they did an amazing job! My car has never looked so good! They were able to get stains out of my seats that have been there for over a year.
