To start with, the office manager and techs are nice and do their job well. I have been using epic for a couple years and up until November everything was great. I was told I needed a cavity filled and scheduled the appointment in late October. I had it filled by Dr. wilson, two weeks later I was still having pain in that tooth, I texted them and they told me to come in.
