Very chill, knowledgeable people. I had gears and brakes installed on the bike yesterday. Went for a hard ride and everything was perfectly tuned. I never have come back to get an adjustment. It’s always ready, set, ride. The shop is always immaculate and fun to visit.
This store offers a great online experience. They are offer great insight and know their products well. The customer service is too notch! I will definitely be buying from them again!
Epic was a great partner in helping our son get set up with his first real road race bike. They were especially supportive in helping navigate some warranty issues with the vendor which were out of their control. Will definitely do business again.
