I've been buying and riding high end road bikes for many years. This is my favorite place for buying and service. There are a lot of bike shops in this area and I am very particular about where I go for service and new bikes and this is the place. Friendly knowledgeable people that you can feel like you have an ongoing relationship with. It's an old school bike shop that way and not many of them are like that anymore.
Very helpful and excellent customer service! The manager, Chris, helped me out and answered all of my questions. Also, the staff on the chat online were very informative and attentive. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them!
It was one of those days for a casual ride for coffee that turned into a bit of stressful adventure when my spoke broke on my bike. My friend also needed a spoke so we worked our way to Epic not knowing if they would accommodate our old style bikes & components.
