I called Epic Cycles to see if they could check my road bike for a shifting issue - they had me bring it in and their mechanic was able to assess it right away. It required a new chain and I was on my way in no time. A very kind and accommodating team at this shop even though they were short a technician. Will definitely be back for tune-ups, etc. Highly recommend!

The guys at Epic Cycles are the real deal. Less than one day before leaving to do the toughest ride of my life, the Death Ride up near Tahoe, I encountered a drivetrain issue with my road bike that I could not identify/fix myself. In a panic, I called Epic Cycles, and they were able to take a look at the bike the same day. The mechanic at the shop identified the issue and fixed it in less than an hour.
