I have been using Epic as my local bicycle store for several years now. The workmanship from the mechanics is impeccable. Have purchased a bike from them and been very pleased with the level of aftersales support. Have recommended them to my own friends who are in the market too. Amazing selection of bikepacking gear too from the best brands, arguably the best in Brisbane and South-East QLD.

I purchased a new e-bike through Epic Cycles and got my shiny new bike a week later. Unfortunately a short time later the bike developed some mechanical faults through no fault of Epic Cycles.
