I have been using Epic as my local bicycle store for several years now. The workmanship from the mechanics is impeccable. Have purchased a bike from them and been very pleased with the level of aftersales support. Have recommended them to my own friends who are in the market too. Amazing selection of bikepacking gear too from the best brands, arguably the best in Brisbane and South-East QLD.

I purchased a new e-bike through Epic Cycles and got my shiny new bike a week later. Unfortunately a short time later the bike developed some mechanical faults through no fault of Epic Cycles. I just had another good experience with the guys at Epic cycles. They helped me get the right wheels, axles etc for my Salsa. Heaps better than stuffing around online and the prices were competitive or better and you have the assurance they know what they are doing with the specialised parts. And quick turnaround in the workshop. Thanks.
