I used the Navarre road location. Typically a good experience. This last time I was overcharged on my debit card by $20. I called the phone number, explained the issue and requested a refund/ credit to my debit card. The first comment I received was “ you need to make sure you push the button to shut it off” which I always do. When you have high pressure water coming out of the wand and push the button the water pressure stops and it quits counting your time.
