We have used Epic Building Company for two separate home improvement/remodeling projects, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first was in 2022, when they transformed our outdoor deck into an amazing screened-in, three-season room. We had a great experience working with Epic Construction on our sunroom project. From start to finish, what really stood out was their communication. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, clearly explained what to expect at each stage, and made sure we always knew what was happening and what was coming next. This is by far the finest renovation company we have had in 5 different houses,over 40 years in 4 houses in 3 cities in Ohio). From start to finish they thought of everything we would need to do to build an addition that included a swim spa. Heating safety, drainage, air conditioning, concrete foundation to support the spa , separate from the furnace crawl space, and on and on. Jeff was here every day to supervise and assist and met with each inspector. He even did an extra project for me without charge. He and Andy were ble... read more
