Been a client since 2018 and Rob is the man and I have never had anything less than stellar service.
Rob has been cutting my hair for about a decade now, only place I will go. He is a great person, and a fantastic barber.
The last time I received an awful haircut. Yes, I was late on 5 min. The haircut took 9 min in total, I paid $42. The quality is awful, I will never return. There is a difference between greediness and desire to earn. If you allocate 15 min per haircut and can't do it normally - it is greediness.
Loved taking our squirmy little one here for haircuts when we lived closer. Even after moving across the lake, we'd make the effort to go to Epic. Rob, and everyone else we've encountered at the shop, has always been so kind and patient.
