Great selection of machines and an overall good environment. Alex at the front desk is very helpful. You can tell this place is owned by people who lift weights
It's worth the drive from Chico to come here. Really great facility, really great people, and good business practices. They have a reasonable sign up fee, membership cost, and cancellation policy with none of the shady stuff you get from the big gyms in Chico. It's nice to feel like I'm working out with a community.
I like the area an there’s a lot of equipment here.
