Roman did a fantastic job on my Challenger. The wax and clay bar brought out all the shine in the green paint. He also did an amazing job with the black trim, especially at the rear of the car. I’ll definitely be using Roman’s company going forward for my car detail needs.
Roman went above and beyond on my exterior detail, providing some much needed TLC on my Mazda. They spent 2 1/2 hours on a hot day making it look shiny and new. There are a lot of detailers to choose from, but Epic is who I would choose every time in the future!
Had a set appointment with these guys- date, time, location. Completely no call no show’ed. Changed my schedule so I could get my car cleaned and waited an hour but they never showed up, nor did they answer any texts or calls. It’s been multiple days and still nothing. Very unprofessional and lacking in common courtesy. They’ve cleaned my car in the past with great results so not sure what happened, but that’s completely unacceptable imo.
