Great selection of used vehicles. Very responsive and easy to work with. Held the car I was interested in until I could make it in to look at it. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and transaction was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
Positive experience. I visited the location 4 times as I was shopping before I actually purchased a vehicle. Nad was always friendly, helpful, and patient.
Owner & his brother are good people and very easy to work with. Right away, I got to test drive the car I was interested in. They were up front & honest about the car and total cost out the door. Quick and timely transaction, answered all my questions and handled all the registration paperwork. I was able to pick up the car the next day. Got my new plate a week later. Owner even helped me get a new spare set of key and keyfob, which shows how much he cared about customer service. Would recommend this place.
Went in looking for a specific vehicle and it was perfect for what I was looking for. However, I actually regret not looking here more as their selection is very solid and had many options that would have been great. The owner is very kind and accommodating as I had messed up with the wrong form of payment, but he made sure we could find a proper way to make it work. Also included a repair to fix the CV axle for no additional cost.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Epic Automotive. This is the second car I am buying from them since the first time was an amazing, fast and easy process. Throughout the entire process, they are helpful, committed and always there to help you and communicate to you in every step of the way. Will forever recommend Epic Automotive!
