We had the best experience with Jim! We traveled from Maine to look at the car and got lost along the way. He was very patient waiting for us to get there and then when we arrived he took his time to show us the car in detail and let us know everything about it. There were some dash lights on (that he disclosed before I drove down) and he took it to the Mercedes dealer and had the car worked on before we went and picked it up.
