My vehicle was brought to this location from Altus OK. I had no idea it was being taken across state lines. Came back not completed, parts loose and never tighten. Small paint run and paint actually missed. This was just a small list of problems. Never again go to Altus location or this one. Horrible experience all the way around.

Lack of communication was the biggest problem, work however was good.
If I could rate this place a zero I would my truck was nasty after they said they detailed it they tried to just vacuum by the doors to make it look like look they did something I could of did better myself they didn’t shampoo like they said they would they overcharged me and on top of tht kept my truck 4 days cause they said the weren’t finished this is not detailed
