I bought a Sony Bravia 8 from Epic Audio this fall, and these fine folks were the most helpful people I can remember dealing with when I had a couple issues. I started having some troubles with the HDMI CEC; my soundbar stopped working and things stopped working right. Bought a arcade box 1900 here last year had it about 3 months and it stops working all the files won’t work can’t find a system it says and freezes 200$ for a 40$ box on amazon with a sd card that’s corrupted file magnets can’t get a keylogger because it’s a illegal form of emuelec and they GitHub and discord community for emuelec wont help so not cool
Horrible Experience. Walked in to Epic and told Joe I need a 4K TV for my in-laws. He tells me their top selling TV is the Samsung. I buy it and set it up at Good Spirit Lake. TV is set up using HDMI and a Bell Xpress Vu 9400 receiver. INSTANT PROBLEM - TV takes 2 minutes to get a picture after you shut it off and turn it on again. Call Joe, he gives me some ideas to try.
