Epic Athletic Center is a fantastic facility in the area with a fantastic coach! A true strength and conditioning training facility. The owner Joe is a wealth of knowledge on training and recovery. If you want amazing results come train here! It’s very good.
The gym is always clean and tidy. Really love the vibe the gym and ownership has to offer. Definitely recommend checking them out!
I’ve been training at Epic for about 4 years now. I absolutely love it there. They have top of the line equipment, an incredible staff, and a great gym environment/ culture. I come back whenever I am home from college to get in a great lift and see Annie and Joe. I highly recommend!
I've been going to Epic for almost 7 years and still really enjoy it. This place has really helped me grow by teaching the value of hard work. The gym itself is never too crowded, always clean and well-maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know I can go to Joe, the owner, to get advice on both fitness and nutrition which is very helpful.
