This is a great gym with everything I needed for my workouts, including plenty of bands and functional equipment that helped me with the rehab work I did over a few months. The facility is clean and well-maintained. It has all the equipment i needed for all the muscle groups (squat racks, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio etc). Parking was never an issue, and getting to the gym was always quick and convenient. Epic Athletic Center is a fantastic facility in the area with a fantastic coach! A true strength and conditioning training facility. The owner Joe is a wealth of knowledge on training and recovery. If you want amazing results come train here! It’s very good.
