Epic Athletic Center is the only gym in northern VA that I enjoy going to. Joe (the owner) knows everyone who walks through the door and has a passion for health, longevity, and fitness that is unmatched. The environment is beyond welcoming and friendly. Each month they have fun new individual challenges to compete for a spot on the leaderboards amongst the other members. Each piece of equipment is handpicked for optimal muscle strength and growth. Excellent variety of muscle specific machines to use. The 24 hour access is amazing to have especially compared to other gyms in the area.
