I was given an 8am appointment that changed without calling me. When he came he checked serial numbers and found that I was low on freon, but would not place the covered freon and quickly notified my HOA to cancel his service. He still wanted to be paid the service fee for not helping me. I was referred by a dear friend to someone who came out the same day and got heat in my home without making me bankrupt. Very upset with this company.
