Lorena was the rudest and most unprofessional manager I have ever come across. Never try to buy your family or friends a package from this place because they will not redeem. They will use the excuse "they are will a client" when you ask a question or looking for guidance on who to speak with in regards to getting your money back. This place lacks professionalism and customer service.
